::DIY Parasol:: by xXChiharuDawnXx ::DIY Parasol:: by xXChiharuDawnXx
Here's a pattern and instructions for re-covering a basic six-rib parasol frame.
This pattern is for a frame with 14 inch spokes.
If the frame you have is longer or shorter, you can lengthen or shorten the pattern to fit.

This project is great if you want to cover a parasol frame to suit your own unique style.
Antique parasol frames can be found on ebay or in antique stores, and quite often the older parasols the frame is the only thing left intact.
You can also pick up an inexpensive costume parasol.

Feel free to experiment and tell me how everything turned out.
I'd love to hear your comments!!!
